These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Noloo AI Chat and related features, products, and websites (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and password confidentiality.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

2. Service Description

Noloo AI Chat provides AI-powered conversational tools with fictional AI characters for entertainment, creativity, and everyday chat. The Services are not medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

3. Medical and Emergency Disclaimer

• The Services are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
• Do not use the Services for crisis or emergency situations.
• If you are in immediate danger or facing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription options, duration, price, trial availability, and renewal terms are shown at purchase before you confirm payment. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. For iOS purchases, billing is handled by Apple through your Apple ID, and your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests are handled according to Apple policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:

• Violating laws or rights of others.
• Attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or reverse engineering.
• Submitting unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content.
• Interfering with platform integrity, security, or availability.

6. Content and License

You retain rights to content you submit, but grant us a limited license to process it for operating and improving the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload or share.

7. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users, Noloo, or third parties.

8. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data from the app settings or by contacting support@noloo.chat. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. If you have an active subscription, you should manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Noloo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Noloo operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
